Delicious and easy to make immune boosting frozen shots for when you are feeling sick. Just add a cube to hot water and you have a perfect cocktail of high vitamin C and A, anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory nutritious  to fight off any cold virus.

 3 Oranges
 3 Lemons
 3 Limes
 4 Organic scrubbed carrots
 1 Ginger - large piece ( 2 thumbs)
 1 Turmeric - small packet
 2 tbsp Raw/ Local Honey
 1 tsp Freshly ground pepper
 500 ml Coconut Water

Chop up your fruit into small pieces , removing the outer skin. Scrub or peel your carrots, and chop into small pieces (depending on the strength of your blender. Place in blender.
Grate or chop your ginger and turmeric and add to blender.
Add your black pepper and honey.

Pour the Coconut water gradually - you want your liquid to be thin enough to pour but not too thin. Blend and check then blend again.

When your ingredients are totally blended, then pour liquid carefully into silicone ice cubes trays. I found these large ones on Amazon and use them all the time for things like smoothie cubes, veggie cubes so I think they are worth buying. See link below.

Carefully place in freezer, leave until completely frozen. I keep my cubes in a glass container so they are easily accessible.

When needed, just place in a glass or mug and pour over boiling water. Enjoy!

If you are working with a less powerful blender, chop up the carrots into small pieces and grate the ginger and turmeric. I use organic carrots so I just scrub them but if you using non-organic carrots then peel them.
